Returns Policy

We're confident that you'll love your new Roam nappies and accessories, but on the rare occasion you may need it, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return via email

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in any original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges. The easiest option is to submit a refund for the unwanted item and repurchase the preferred item.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return cost is at your expense (unless there was an error on our part or there is a fault covered by the 6 month guarantee). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If the package does not reach us safely within the 14 days following your request, we will not be able to complete the refund. We always recommend using a tracked method and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
