Returns Policy
Roam has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return via email. We provide an in-depth FAQ and are always on hand to answer your questions to help avoid returns.
To be eligible for a return, you must first email us. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in any original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on any sale or reduced item(s).
Due to the limited nature of our products and to manage our stock, we do not accept exchanges on any item(s).
Sale Items
Any sale or reduced item(s) is final sale and returns will not be accepted.
How to Return
To start a return for an unused and full-priced item(s), email hello@roamnappies.com with your order number and the reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all return postage costs are at the customer’s expense and must be sent via a trackable postal service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
If the package does not reach us safely within the 14 days following your request, we will not be able to complete the return. We always recommend all customers retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that the return has been processed.
